What you are buying
StockControls Free is available without payment. An annual Pro service purchase provides private Pro downloads, updates and written support during the paid period. Pro covers one production connection; Pro 5 Sites covers five. Each active production connection may have one explicitly declared linked staging copy. Staging is a separate owner declaration, not inferred from a hostname. Ending or transferring the production connection ends its linked staging access.

Automatic renewal and cancellation
The annual subscription renews automatically at the agreed price and billing currency until you cancel. You can stop future renewal through the purchase account billing control. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the verified paid period and does not itself request a refund. We will communicate any future price or material term changes before they apply. A failed payment may suspend private updates, downloads and support; installed local stock and inventory tools remain available. Your content remains yours.

Price and VAT
Prices are shown excluding VAT. The checkout shows the billing currency, annual price, applicable VAT and total before payment. Applicable business tax details and customer location are handled at checkout. No payment is authorized merely by viewing a plan or requesting account access.

Delivery and support
The private download and license are delivered through your secure purchase account after verified payment. Keep account links and license credentials private. You may release a connection and reconnect an eligible installation within your allowance. Private updates require a valid paid entitlement. Support covers the StockControls product and does not promise custom development, hosting administration or compatibility with every third-party product. Software and service availability are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or free from defects. Mandatory consumer protections are not excluded.

Consumer rights and withdrawal
Where applicable law grants a withdrawal or other consumer right, that right remains available. Any request to start delivery immediately and any acknowledgment affecting withdrawal rights are presented separately at checkout. Cancellation of renewal and statutory withdrawal are different actions. Use the purchase account withdrawal page or contact [email protected] to give notice or request help. Refund decisions and statutory remedies follow applicable law and the circumstances; downloading alone does not remove mandatory statutory rights.

Privacy and seller
The website privacy notice explains processing of account, billing, installation and support information. Payment details are handled by the configured payment provider.
