Know the current limits.

This is a recent-sales planning baseline, not a prediction of future demand. Seasonality, lost sales during stockouts, promotions, multi-location allocation, supplier emails, automated ordering, and accounting integrations are not included. Purchase costs, shipping, and manually entered tax totals are operational records.

Free supports editing and cancelling drafts. Free can amend or cancel outstanding orders while preserving received units; pending receipts must be recovered first. Review the workflow on staging.
