THE STOCKCONTROLS HANDBOOK

Your store. Your data. Clear boundaries.

Privacy information for the website, its browser sample, installed plugins, and support enquiries.

Who is responsible?

A.M.E.X. Internet Marketing ltd publishes StockControls and handles enquiries sent to support@stockcontrols.com. You can also write to Makariou III, No.9, Larnaca, 7530, Cyprus.

The website and browser demo

This website has no advertising pixels, analytics scripts, email signup, or payment collection. Fonts and product screenshots are served with the website. Documentation searches run in your browser; their queries are not sent to a search provider.

The interactive demo uses fictional products held in page memory. Changes disappear on refresh. A CSV export downloads to your device. The site does not connect to a WooCommerce store and does not use its own cookies or local storage.

The hosting provider can process standard technical request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, and time for delivery and security. The public website is hosted on a GoDaddy VPS in the United States and uses Cloudflare for DNS, HTTPS delivery and security. The publisher is based in Cyprus. Protected administration uses essential sign-in cookies. These services may process technical request data internationally.

The installed plugins

Free stores product and stock owner IDs, linked order IDs, quantities, reasons, timestamps, WordPress user IDs, batch previews/results, supplier contacts, purchase orders, receipts, personal saved views, and local setup/warning preferences in your store database. Pro additionally stores planning settings and aggregate order/product quantities for sales snapshots. It does not copy customer names, addresses, emails, or payment details into its own tables.

The 1.0.0 plugins have no external telemetry, licensing, or AI-service requests. Your store administrator controls these local records. Backups can contain them. Records are retained on ordinary deactivation; see the removal guidance before deleting anything.

When you email support

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to include. We use these to understand and respond to the enquiry, based on our legitimate interest in supporting the product and answering requests. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment details, or unnecessary customer information.

Authorized people handling the enquiry and the email service providers involved may process this information. Keep attachments limited to what is needed to reproduce the issue. Correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the enquiry, related follow-up, and applicable legal obligations; you can request a review or deletion using the contact above.

Hosting and email providers may operate internationally. Applicable transfer safeguards and provider details can be requested from us. We do not use support messages for an advertising mailing list or sell them.

Your data rights

Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact the address above. If processing relies on consent, it can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.

You can complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority. The European Commission explains these rights. This website does not make automated decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.

Changes to services

Paid accounts, subscriptions, license services, marketing emails, and payment processing are not active in this release. This notice must be updated before new services change the information collected or how it is used.
